Adoption Process
We're so glad you're here and excited you're considering a Holland Lop as your new companion. To help ensure a smooth and thoughtful adoption experience, please review the steps below. Most common questions are answered here!
1. Where to Start
Do Your Research
Bunnies are a long-term commitment, living 6 - 8 years on average. Please take time to learn about the Holland Lop breed and basic bunny care. You can request our free Digital Bunny Care Guid for more information.
Before reserving a bunny, we kindly ask that you confirm:
-
No one in your household has allergies to bunnies or hay
-
Your home or rental allows pets
Because deposits are non-refundable, it is the buyer's responsibility to make sure all arrangements are in place before moving forward with adoption.
Adoption Policy (linked here)
All adoptions require a signed purchase agreement, completed at pickup. We ask that you read and agree to our policy before placing a deposit.
Prescreen Form (linked here)
Once you've reviewed the policy, please submit our Prescreen Form.
Forms are reviewed within 24-72 hours and are valid for 3 months.
Note: Prescreen approval does not guarantee a bunny. A completed reservation is still required to secure one.

2. Reservation Options
We do not use a waitlist. Instead, we offer two reservation options, handled on a first-come, first-served basis:
Priority Reservations
Get first pick of the litter - ideal for families looking for a specific color, sex, or lineage.
